Notice of COVID-19 Prevention Measures Issued on January 18, 2022
According to regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control from local education authorities , all examination candidates who registered for the IELTS test in Changzhou University shall be cooperative and strictly follow the relevant requirements.
I.Candidates are required to attend the test at Mingxing Building located in the East of Changzhou Science and Education Town .
II.Candidates shall arrive at the test venue in advance to complete the quarantine inspection and information filling .
III.Candidates are admitted in compliance with the following requirements :
1) Wear a disposable medical mask or surgical mask at all times, and maintain a social distance of at least one meter in the waiting area.
2) You must show the green sukang code and green travel code to enter the test site.
3) All candidates must have a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours on both the oral and written test days (paper or electronic report is acceptable).
4) Show your ID card or passport (if you apply with passport, please bring your ID card for verification) and your admission ticket. Candidates are required to enter the school at the specified time. Parents and exam escorts are not allowed to enter the test site.
5) Temperature monitoring. Only when your body temperature is lower than 37.3℃ twice can you enter the test site.
6) After the test, please leave the test center immediately according to the instructions of the test center staff.
IV.Candidates are not allowed to take the exam for such cases:
1) Candidates who have traveled to cities outside Jiangsu province in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the test site.
2) Candidates who are unable to produce the green code and valid negative nucleic acid test report;
3) Candidates who have lived in prefecture-level cities of the newly confirmed local cases and the epideme-controlled areas in Jiangsu province in the past 14 days, and candidates who have traveled to medium-high risk areas or low-risk areas in the cities of medium-high risk areas in their travel codes (travel codes marked with *).
4) 14 days of compulsory isolation, medical observation or self-isolation as required by the Chinese Government;
5) Fever, persistent cough, dyspnea or flu symptoms within 14 days prior to and on the test day;
6) The body temperature exceeds 37.3℃ on the test day.
7) On the day of the test, the on-site supervisors of the community epidemic prevention and police stations and other local administrative organs of the test site will determine that they are not suitable to participate in crowd gathering activities.
V.Candidates shall report the information true, accurate and complete, and anyone violate the requirements shall burden the legal consequences and responsibilities. Other adverse effects such as cancellation of test scores and prohibition from participating in relevant tests will be punished for such violations.
Admission requirements and exam arrangements will be updated timely according to the epidemic prevention and control measures.
